In order to be able to claim any available BUD Token rewards when you scan a product, you must have GPS Location Services turned on for the Lucid Green App.


To check this settings, and turn it on if its off, follow the guides below.


Enabling Location Services on an iPhone

Open iPhone Settings 


Search for "Lucid Green" (pull down on the list of settings to show the search box)


Tap on Lucid Green Settings search result


Ensure "Allow Location Access" is set to "When Using the App" and that "Precise Location" is enabled


Tap the back button


Go back to the Lucid Green app on your iPhone and re-scan the Lucid ID


Enabling Location Services on an Android Phone

Open Android Settings 


Search for "LucidGreen" in the settings search bar


Tap on Lucid Green Settings search result


Tap on "Permissions"


Tap on "Location"


Tap on "Allow only while using the app"


Tap the back button


Go back to the Lucid Green app on your iPhone and re-scan the Lucid ID
